Home design is our passion.   With the creative use of technology we hope to bring that passion to our clients.   Our experience has shown that the best home designs are those in which the home owner has been intimately involved in the planning.    After all, isn’t having it just the way you want it one of the most important reasons for building ?    

At Greg Cash Design we’ve done more than just put together some nice looking stuff we can print up and send off in an envelope.    Our business is built around you, the client.    Think of each one of our standard plans as a starting point.    A place to begin, not finish.    Now imagine it the way you would want it, not the way we’ve drawn it.    Maybe it’s changing the exterior to have stone instead of brick, or a steeper roof pitch with an added dormer.    Inside, what would you do differently ?   How  do you entertain?    How often, and how many people?    Do you need a bigger snack bar ?   A smaller study?    Whatever it is, we can quickly change it to be perfect for you.    

Our standard plans are well thought out building blocks.    Think of it this way ; an artist could paint a masterpiece using only the three primary colors and white, and then custom mix all the colors needed to complete the work.   Much in the same way, we could start from scratch and build a custom design starting with nothing more than your broad requirements - general style, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, etc.    But in the same way that the artist starts with many pre-mixed colors so that the creative energy can be focused on the canvas and not on the mixing of paint, we start with a wide variety of standard plans  that are our “starting colors.”   Combined with our LiVe Interactive Design™ service, and fueled with the passion we aim to share, we’re confident that together we can make your next home - a dream home.
